As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to cover Middle & South Germany. In this role, you will report directly to the Country Manager of Germany and play a key role in driving our regional expansion

• You will be responsible for implementing the commercial strategy and attracting companies looking for logistics real estate solutions.
• You maintain close relationships with real estate agents and act as a complementary partner, working alongside clients throughout the process.
• You will be responsible for developing new sites and seeking acquisitions of existing logistics buildings (incl. sale & leaseback, land)
• You build, maintain, and further develop professional relationships.
• You lead contract negotiations and collaborate closely with the legal team and project managers on new construction projects.
• You closely monitor trends and developments in the logistics sector, with a strong focus on smart buildings, sustainability, etc., and their impact on the portfolio.

• You hold a master’s degree or have relevant professional experience.
• You bring a strong, proven track record gained in a logistics-driven environment.
• You are fluent in German and English.
• You are a true team player who collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• You have a strong commercial mindset and a clear understanding of customer needs.
• You are communicative, proactive, and dynamic, with a natural talent for building long-term relationships.
