The Master Data Administrator is an interface between the finance, compliance reporting, property management and sales. 

Master data is crucial in our business to support our financial and reporting processes. The financial, technical and commercial master data is being stored on various platforms, i.e. SAP to support the accounting processes, the WDP Data Lake to support technical and compliance reporting, and AutoCAD for the management of the technical drawings.

In this position you report to the Head of IT & Digital and you are responsible for:

• Continuously keeping the master data in scope up-to-date and enriching data where possible, e.g. investments, building type, insurance data, indexations, …
• Improving processes and procedures in master data management.
• Responsible for the management of at least the following data domains:
  • SAP Financial and Contractual Master Data
    • Buildings
    • Rental contracts
    • Solar contracts
    • Business Partners (tenants)
  • Technical Master Data
    • Measurements
    • Technical building data
  • AutoCAD drawings
    • Updating and improving existing drawings
    • Creation of new drawings
    • Preparing drawings to make them ready for publication on the website
• Reporting on a monthly basis on running contracts

• You have Bachelor’s degree in a field with an analytical focus (management, finance, IT, engineering) or equivalent through relevant experience.
• You have experience in calculating rental information and maintaining master data in an ERP system or are willing to learn. 
• Experience with AutoCAD is a plus but not mandatory. 
• You are Excel savvy and enjoy working with numbers and data. 
• You work in a structured manner with attention to detail.
• You have an eager-to-learn mindset and proactive. 
• You are fluent in English and Dutch.
