You are part of the Portfolio Team Netherlands and work closely with the Senior Portfolio Manager(s) to ensure the optimal management and continued performance of WDP’s Dutch portfolio of approximately 110 logistics buildings.

In this role, you actively contribute to the management, optimization and further value creation of the portfolio:

• You maintain strong relationships with brokers, tenants, prospective clients, consultants and public authorities.
• You contribute to minimizing vacancy levels and optimizing existing lease agreements.
• You support the Senior Portfolio Managers with analytical insights, including the preparation and follow-up of valuations, appraisals and performance analyses.
• You assist with administrative and operational matters related to portfolio management.
• You contribute to acquisition processes and help shape leasing strategies and the (re)development of both new and existing buildings.
• You support initiatives aimed at the further sustainability and future-proofing of the portfolio.
• You actively build and maintain a broad professional network within the real estate sector.

• You hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• You have 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably gained at a real estate investor, property management company or advisory firm.
• You have an excellent command of Dutch and English.
• You have strong knowledge of the Dutch (logistics) real estate market.
• You possess excellent commercial and communication skills.
• You are a true team player who enjoys collaborating in a professional environment.
