Support the Portfolio Manager in optimizing a Dutch logistics portfolio, liaising with stakeholders, minimizing vacancies, advising on acquisitions, enhancing sustainability, managing administration, and building relationships.

• You are responsible for supporting the Portfolio Manager in the optimal exploitation of the existing Dutch portfolio consisting of approximately 110 logistics buildings
• You maintain contacts with brokers, tenants, prospective tenants, consultants and government agencies
• You minimize vacancies and/​or improve existing leases
• You advise the Country Manager and Portfolio Manager in acquisition projects and think along with them about the leasing strategies and (re)development of new and existing buildings
• You participate in the further sustainability of the portfolio
• You take care of administrative matters in relation to portfolio management
• You will build up a broad network of relationships
• You report to the Portfolio Manager

• You enjoyed a relevant university education 
• Having 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably gained at a real estate investor, property management or real estate organization, is a plus 
• You have a perfect command of Dutch and English 
• You have good knowledge of the Office package
• You have excellent commercial and communication skills
• You are pragmatic, entrepreneurial, analytical and you are a team player
