Genk-Zuid: 75,000 m² for large-scale logistics
Following the success of the first phase, which is now fully leased, WDP is preparing for the next chapter at Genk-Zuid. With 75,000 m² of development potential, this second phase offers exceptional space for companies with ambitious logistics plans.
Strategically located at the heart of Europe
Genk-Zuid is one of Flanders’ key logistics and industrial hotspots. Its location between Antwerp, the Netherlands and Germany, combined with easy access to the E313 and E314 motorways, provides excellent connections to major European markets.
Another major advantage is its location right next to the Albert Canal, with the Gosselin container terminal located on the same campus. Waterborne freight can be handled efficiently via the terminal, with direct connections towards the Port of Antwerp and the international inland waterway network.
75,000 m² tailored to your logistics operations
The second phase offers up to 75,000 m² of logistics real estate, developed on a 14-hectare site around the specific needs of the user. From a build-to-suit distribution centre to a highly automated logistics facility or high-bay warehouse, various configurations are possible within the masterplan.
Together with the existing development, this will create one large-scale WDP-Gosselin campus, bringing real estate and multimodal logistics together in one strategic location.
A development tailored to your ambitions
The masterplan showcases the potential of the site, while still offering plenty of flexibility. Future users have the opportunity to help shape the development, with the layout and configuration tailored to their specific logistics needs. The permit application is scheduled for Q4 2026, with the first units available from Q3 2028.
