Customized warehouse in Hazeldonk
The WDP location in Hazeldonk has a plot of approximately 52,277 m². As the (multi-tenant) warehouse is being redeveloped, we can fully adapt it to the preferences and needs of future tenant(s). The total floor area of approximately 32,000 m² can be divided into one, two, three, or four units and equipped with office spaces and mezzanines.*
The gross floor area (GFA) of the warehouse will range between approximately 8,000 m² and 31,000÷32,000 m². The mezzanine will have a depth of 12 meters and can be further customized according to preference. The same applies to the office spaces in the building. The maximum floor load in the warehouse and on the mezzanine will be 5,000 kg/m² and 750 kg/m² respectively. The stacking height will be 12.20 meters. Parking facilities on the premises — for both passenger cars and freight traffic — and LED lighting in the spaces will be provided.
*The exact layout of this (multi-tenant) warehouse can still be fully coordinated with future tenant(s). Renting one or more units is also possible. We’d be happy to tell you more about this personally.
