As our Treasury Analyst, you gain a unique insight into the financial engine of an international real estate group in full expansion. 

You will be part of an experienced Corporate Finance team and gradually grow into both operational and strategic treasury topics. 

You report directly to the Group Head of Treasury & Corporate Finance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting (international) banking files, Debt Capital Market financing and hedging optimizations
• Monitoring the credit portfolio and supporting banking relationships
• Investment analyses and transaction support for new acquisition projects
• Preparing treasury and credit risk reporting, KPIs and internal controls
• Supporting group budgeting and scenario analysis
• Getting acquainted with sustainable financing and ESG initiatives

• You hold a Master’s degree in a financial field (Business Economics, Commercial Engineering, etc.).
• Initial experience in treasury, corporate finance or audit is an asset.
• You are analytical, accurate and enjoy working with numbers.
• You have excellent Excel skills and preferably experience with reporting tools.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
• You work in a structured way, take initiative and feel comfortable in an international environment.
