Publication of a transparency notification

WDP announces having received a transparency notification from Norges Bank dated 9 October 2026, reporting an overshoot of the 5% participation threshold in respect of voting rights attached to shares.

Norges Bank now holds 5.97% of voting rights linked to securities and 0.00% of voting rights through equivalent financial instruments. The aggregate percentage held by Norges Bank (securities conferring voting rights and voting rights through equivalent financial instruments) amounts to 5.97%.
