Clear height of 11,5 meters, the floor is helicoptered concrete with quartz finishes, and 5T/​sq. meter floor load. The heating can be done through aerothermal gas heating. We strongly believe in sustainability, and we can mount photovoltaic panels on the roof of your building. Another element to help you meet your sustainability goals is the lighting, as the entire building can be lit with LED lighting.

Regarding fire and safety, the complex can be fitted with a modern ESFR sprinkler system and can offer a separate battery room, if requested. The building can be EDGE advanced certified.
