Here’s what you’ll be up to
As a Credit Controller at WDP, you report to the Group Head of Accounting and the Head of Controlling, and you work closely with various teams (commercial, property management, finance, legal) across different countries. You will be part of the WDP Accounting team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Following up on outstanding customer and tenant receivables.
- Analyzing outstanding customer receivables and taking appropriate actions (sending reminders, (proactive) phone follow-ups, etc.). You also ensure that customer questions and responses are handled appropriately, in close cooperation with colleagues from other departments.
- Supporting the legal team in customer disputes.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly reports on outstanding customer balances for internal stakeholders.
- Executing the weekly payment run and performing the related checks (C30bis check), in combination with intra-group transfers and working in a very precise and accurate manner.
- Supporting the Group Head of Treasury & Corporate Finance in monitoring loans and the payment of related interest.
- Supporting colleagues from various departments with accounting-related tasks or specific projects.
- Working on challenging projects within an international group.
- Achieving predefined objectives together with your colleagues.

- You hold a higher education degree with a financial background.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
- You are an extravert person with strong communication skills.
- You are a team player.
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
- You are accurate, punctual and able to cope with the necessary level of stress.
- You are flexible regarding your job content.
