Mickaël Van den Hauwe

Background

Mickaël Van den Hauwe has been a cornerstone of WDP’s leadership team since 2011, serving as the Chief Financial Officer.

Mickaël is in charge of Finance, Investor Relations, and IT & Digitisation. Therefore he plays a crucial role in determining WDP’s financial strategy and technological advancements.

Mickaël holds a degree in Business Engineer by Solvay Business School (VUB) with a particular specialization in Finance.

He started his career as controller at Unilever Bestfoods Belgium, followed by roles as a buy-side specialist at Delta Lloyd – Bank Nagelmackers.

In 2005, he joined Dexia as a sell-side analyst of property shares and later advanced to a sell-side analyst position at KBC Securities.

In addition to his role at WDP, Mickaël represents the company on the EPRA Regulatory and Taxation Committee. He also holds the presidency of the BE-REIT Association.
