Mickaël Van den Hauwe

Background

Mickaël Van den Hauwe has been CFO of WDP since 2011.

He also sits on the EPRA Regulatory and Taxation Committee on behalf of WDP.

He studied at the Solvay Business School (Free University of Brussels) and is a business engineer specialising in Finance. He started his career as a controller at Unilever Bestfoods Belgium and then gained further experience as a buy-side specialist at Delta Lloyd – Bank Nagelmackers. In 2005, he joined Dexia as a sell-side analyst of property shares. Four years later, he became a sell-side analyst for KBC Securities.

As CFO, Mickaël is responsible for strategic planning and its implementation at WDP. He manages all financial activities of WDP. In addition, he heads the Finance, Corporate Legal, Investor Relations and Digital departments.

In addition to his role at WDP, Mickaël represents the company on the EPRA Regulatory and Taxation Committee. He also holds the presidency of the BE-REIT Association.
