Publication of a transparency notification

(Article 14, first paragraph, of the law of 2 May 2007 regarding the disclosure of major holdings)

WDP announces having received two transparency notifications from Norges Bank reporting an overshoot of the 5% participation threshold in respect of voting rights attached to shares as at 18 May 2026 and an undershoot of the 5% participation threshold as at 19 May 2026.

Norges Bank now holds 4.95% of voting rights linked to securities and 0.02% of voting rights through equivalent financial instruments. The aggregate percentage held by Norges Bank (securities conferring voting rights and voting rights through equivalent financial instruments) amounts to 4.97%.
