More than half of the distribution centre in Nieuwegein, the Netherlands, which which was vacated after the bankruptcy of the tenant V&D mid-2016, has been leased out within a year to the German logistics service provider Fiege.
In France, the entire expansion under development in Libercourt has been leased out before completion to ID Logistics and Simastock – together adding up to 24,000 m² of distribution space.
