As a Financial & Business Controller at WDP, you’ll be a key link between Finance and the business. You’ll oversee the financial performance of several WDP regions, combining financial control, reporting and analysis with a strong business partnering role. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Finance and our operational departments.

Your responsibilities include:

• Taking full responsibility for financial oversight of several WDP regions and acting as their main finance contact.
• Providing insightful analysis of financial and operational KPIs and investment returns.
• Coordinating the budgeting process for your regions and turning the results into clear analysis and actionable insights.
• Actively contributing to consolidation and supporting internal and external reporting.
• Coordinating and analysing independent valuations of our property portfolio.
• Acting as a true business partner and improving internal processes.
• Leading projects to further digitalise and optimise our financial systems, reporting and data environment.
• Reporting to the Group Head of Controlling & Reporting.

• You hold a master’s degree in a finance-related field, such as Applied Economics or Business Engineering.
• You have several years of relevant experience in financial control, audit or another finance role.
• You have strong analytical skills, take a structured approach to processing data and have a keen interest in digitalisation, automation and AI.
• You are highly proficient in Excel and preferably have experience with reporting tools.
• You communicate clearly in Dutch and English.
• You work in a structured way, take initiative and feel at home in a fast-growing, international environment.
