WDP is building a new warehouse with offices for Kintetsu World Express, at a prime location at Schiphol, near the air platform.

At a prime location at Schiphol, near the air platform, WDP is building a new warehouse with offices for Kintetsu World Express. The warehouse is equipped with extra-large (wooden) spans and the installation of ULDs to handle goods as efficiently as possible..

Everything is done with an eye for sustainability and energy efficiency. The warehouse will be equipped with wooden spans (which store CO2 away from the atmosphere), Xcarb™ steel construction (CO2saving) and the roof will be completely covered with solar panels. Upon completion, the building will have a BREEAM® Excellent certification.

Completion date is set for Q4 2024. The warehouse will be subject to a long-term lease agreement for Kintetsu World Express, a Global Brand Born in Japan.
