New warehouse for CEVA Logistics

The third phase of this project was realised in barely one year. That is a very tight deadline, but thanks to the commitment of all parties involved, it was achieved. Well done!
CEVA Heerlen Phase III includes:
- A warehouse of around 30,000 m²
- Offices of 1,650 m²
- A mezzanine of 4850 m²
- All that on a plot of 5.5 hectares
Ready for the future
The new warehouse is maximally equipped with solar panels generating green power. An additional battery pack stores the generated energy. Thanks to this measure, among others, CEVA Logistics’ new warehouse achieved a BREAAM score Very Good. After a tasty snack and drink, all WDP partners concluded the afternoon with a tour of the brand-new building.
