Zwolle, 14.02.0205 – WDP, a leading developer and lessor of logistics real estate, proudly announces the development of a custom-made warehouse for Scania Logistics at the strategically located Hessenpoort industrial estate in Zwolle. This state-of-the-art building, designed by Pepers Architecten, will feature a gross floor area of approximately 21,500 m² and is equipped with 16 loading docks, 4 ground-level doors, 50 truck parking spaces, and about 200 car parking spaces with 44 EV charging points.

Sustainability and energy efficiency are central to this project. The warehouse will be delivered gas-free and meets the highest sustainability standards, with a BREEAM Excellent and GPR 8.0 certification. This development underscores WDP’s commitment to future-proof logistics solutions that are not only functional but also contribute to a more sustainable world.

The Hessenpoort industrial estate offers a strategic location with excellent connections to national and international logistics corridors, allowing Scania Logistics to further optimize its supply chain. The building’s delivery is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026, with construction carried out by Aan de Stegge Twello.
