Thousands of Belgian households do their grocery shopping every day through collect & go, Colruyt Group’s online service. Behind that simplicity sits a demanding logistics operation: order picking, cold chain management, and delivery to dozens of collection points.

To support that growth, WDP developed a new build-to-suit distribution centre for Colruyt Group in Londerzeel. The building pairs operational efficiency with room to scale into automation, and that combination shows exactly how logistics real estate should be designed today.
