Tony De Pauw served as executive director and CEO of WDP since 1999 and represented the Reference Shareholder, the Jos De Pauw family (via the family company structure RTKA). Ahead of the 25th anniversary of WDP’s IPO in June 2024, he stepped down as co-CEO, effective 1 July 2024, and continued to support WDP as a special advisor.

His extensive experience in investing in and managing logistics real estate, combined with his entrepreneurial spirit, played a defining role in WDP’s growth and success. Under his leadership and vision, WDP evolved into a leading player in European logistics real estate.

Tony De Pauw passed away on Wednesday, 6 August 2025. He is remembered not only for his professional achievements, but also for his dedication, mentorship, and the values he instilled throughout the company. Beyond WDP, he was active as a member of the Strategy Committee at VBO and with RSC Anderlecht.
